•	Conversant with Value engineering techniques, Unigraphics, ISO 9001, ISO 13485, GMP and other relevant standards.
•	Leadership skills, good communicator, team player
•	Technically sound in area of sheet metal, Fabrication, Plastics, Aerodynamics, Vibrations, refrigeration, machining
•	Adequate understanding of electrical and electronic controls, microprocessors
•	Skills in styling and aesthetics will be an added advantage
