How To Extract Platelet Rich Plasma
Use 20 cc syringe take 2 cc of anticoagulant and then draw 18cc of blood & mix well.   Inject the blood to Dr.PRP kit through the upper injection port (For easier injection, tilt the kit)   1st centrifugation
press F2 button on PRP Centrifuge. (balance before procedure)
  Adjust the height of separated boundary by pulling up or down the adjusting knob
Mix & draw Platelet concentrate with 5 cc syringe. Then administrate   Open the upper silicone lid on the Kit. Take out PPP with 10cc syringe   2nd Centrifugation
press F3 button on PRP centrifuge. (balance before procedure)
  Block the plasma and the RBC layer completely, fasten the adjusting knob (clockwise)

Keep blood at room temperature (20 to 24 C) before separating platelet-rich plasma from the red cells. This separation must take place within 8 hours of phlebotomy.

Heat induced loss of functional capacity is due to irreversible structural changes in platelets develop after warming PRP above 40°C. Heat produced a distinct morphological transformation characterized by loss of discoid shape, irregular swelling, and movement of hyaloplasmic organelles.

Advantages of PRP Therapy
Autologous Platelet Rich Plasma (aPRP) is given as Proliferation therapy or Regenerative injection therapy (a method of injection designed to stimulate healing)
Activated Platelets releases growth factors in addition to number of proteins, cytokines and other bioactive factors that initiate and regulate basic aspects of natural wound healing. From plasma suspension 3 proteins fibrin, fibronectin, and vitronectin contribute to a repair matrix.
Optimum Platelet Concentration Level for PRP:-
1m platelets / μL appears to be the “magic number” Or levels are in the 5x range, the influx of adult stem cells has been noted to increase by over 200%.
Activation of PRP:-
Growth Factors in PRP granules are released 10 minutes after platelets are activated.
PRP is artificially activated by mixing in 10% calcium chloride and/or thrombin to make a gel-like graft. The activation is either done just prior to injection or through injecting the activator simultaneously via another syringe at the desired healing site.
PRP Mechanism of Action:-
PRP stimulates the chemotactic migration of human mesenchymal stem cells to the injury site in a dose-dependent manner - i.e., the more concentrated the platelets, the more stimulation.
The viability of the platelets and continued release of growth factors into the tissue continues for seven days. The amount of initial platelets present in the wound determines the rate of wound healing.
