REMI was founded in 1960 by the late visionary, Mr. C.K. Saraf with a small factory for manufacturing fractional H.P. Motors and Laboratory Stirrers. REMI is now managed by his sons, Mr. V.C. Saraf and Mr. R.C. Saraf. With 14 factories, spread over an area of over 100000 sq. mtrs & over 2500 employees, REMI has diversified into multi product manufacturing divisions namely:

For better functioning, day to day affairs of each company within the group is managed by separate Board of Directors.
